The governing body of the Foundation is called the Patronato and is made up of the following members:
  • Honorary President: His Majesty The King.
  • President: President of the Junta de Andalucía.
  • First Vice-President: Counsellor for Tourism, Commerce and Sport of the Junta de Andalucía.
  • Second Vice-President: President of the Provincial Deputation of Cádiz.

Members:

  • The Mayor of Jerez de la Frontera.
  • The Vice-Counsellor for Tourism, Commerce and Sport of the Junta de Andalucía.
  • The General Director of the Regional Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Sport of the Junta de Andalucia.
  • The General Director of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing of the Junta de Andalucia.
  • The General Director of the Regional Ministry of Culture of the Junta de Andalucia.
  • The General Director of the Regional Ministry of Employment and Technological Development of the Junta de Andalucia.
  • Two Provincial members of the Cadiz regional parliament.
  • The Provincial Counsellor for Cadiz of the Regional Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Sport of the Junta de Andalucia.
  • One representative of the Ministry of Defence.
  • One representative of recognised prestige in equestrian art, named by the Patronato on the proposal of the President of the same.
