The unique show, "How the Andalusian Horses Dance", is an equestrian ballet accompanied by quintessential Spanish music and 18th century styled costumes, all put together and choreographed using movements based upon Classical Dressage, Doma Vaquera (country-style riding) and traditional equestrian chores.
In the traditional ?Al Son de la Garrocha? the position and the legs of the rider guide the horse holding on the right hand the ?garrocha?, a long pole carried by the rider used for moving the cattle. For this riding style it is necessary special cloth and horse?s tack as pyramidal stirrups, spurs, half chaps, full chaps, wide brimmed hat and ?vaquero? dress.
