General Conditions

These general conditions apply to the sale of all products in this Online Store. The use by the customer of the services of the Online Store assumes compliance with these conditions at the time of the purchase order.

The prices of the articles in this store include the VAT. Once the shopping basket is opened and the order verified, the VAT is computed and itemized in the bill.

The Online Store allows payment on delivery or with a credit card and shipping costs are available for either form of payment.

If you wish, you can accumulate articles in the shopping basket and check the order total.

The purchase is subject to Spanish Law, specifically those conditions set forth in Law 34/2002, Company Computer and Electronic Commerce Services.

The final decision to purchase the contents of the shopping court, with the detail shown, will consist in selecting the “Send Order” button which, if all the information you provide as purchaser is correct, implies acceptance of the order.

RECORDS

All the information that you wish to provide (the client profile) will be incorporated in an Online Store FILE and BACKUP FILE, which is the property of the ROYAL ANDALUSIAN SCHOOL OF EQUESTRIAN ART FOUNDATION, Manager of the file, for handling customer information for the purpose of managing electronic commerce conducted through the web. You may exercise your rights to access, correction and cancellation of the information contained in this database, under the terms set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of Dec. 13 for the Protection of Personal Information, by contacting the file manager at Avda. The Online Store of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Foundation guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, as long as they are in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging with all labels.

The refund credit for the delivery will be good for the seven day period referred to in the preceding paragraph. Remember to save your proof of purchase, which must be provided in order for us to process the refund.

Any risk of loss, deterioration or damage to the product, as well as the cost of returning the product, are the customer’s responsibility until its effective return to the Online Store of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Foundation.

If the returned product is defective, the Online Store of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Foundation will assume the cost of exchange or repair (except in cases in which the product purchased on the web has a manufacturer’s guarantee, in which case the customer must follow the procedures and conditions indicated by the manufacturer).

The refund of the purchase amount will be made, in the case of credit card payments, through cancellation of the charge to the credit card account, and in the case of payment on delivery, through a bank transfer to the name of the party that made the purchase.
