The FREAAE presents the 3rd Special Gala for elderly people

The equestrian show 'Como bailan los caballos andaluces' will be performed on Wednesday at the FREAAE Arena.

The Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre (REAAE), a foundation under the Regional Ministry of Tourism and Sports, is presenting its Third Edition of the Special Gala 'Día del Mayor' (Older Persons Day) on Wednesday 4th in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).

This exhibition is scheduled as part of the programme developed by the Jerez Town Council on the occasion of the 17th Older Persons Week, which is taking place during the week of 29 of October to 6 of November and its main aim is to recognize the importance of this social group in our society.

This Special Gala is an equestrian ballet performed with Spanish music and 18th century style costumes.

During fifty minutes performance, the horses of the Real Escuela will offer an exhibition of Classical Dressage, Doma Vaquera (Spanish country-style riding) and the traditional equestrian works, taking also part in the Gala some of the FREAAE carriages.

Additionally, the Museum of Equestrian Art and the Carriage Museum, which are bearers of Andalusien equestrian cultural heritage, will be open on that day showing the special visitors the history of the community region.
