The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art will pay tribute to the rider and ‘rejoneador’ Álvaro Domecq Romero, after his return to the School as Honorary Patron, giving his name to the most important arena in the venue. The Official Ceremony and Homage to the rider of Jerez will take place once the School starts its normal activities.
The Managing Director, Jorge Ramos, has valued the new name ‘Picadero Álvaro Domecq’ (Álvaro Domecq Indoor Arena) as “a sign of gratitude to an exceptional person for his enormous contribution to the horse, to Jerez and to the Royal School”.
