The Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre takes its show to Fuengirola and Almería

The show 'Cómo Bailan los Caballos Andaluces will take place in the bullring of these cities on 8th and 9th of June.


The Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre, under the authority of Regional Ministry of Tourism and Sport, will present its gala show 'Cómo Bailan los Caballos Andaluces' on Friday the 8th of June in the bullring of Fuengirola and on Saturday 9th of June in the bullring of Almeria.

The performances, with duration of ninety minutes, are part of the different exhibitions organized this year in various cities throughout the Spain to celebrate the election of city of Jerez as the European Horse Capital of 2018.

The show is an equestrian ballet with typical Andalusian and Spanish music and and traditional costumes from the 18th century, on choreography inspired by the dressage techniques and other traditional equestrian skills. During the show the following performances will be presented: 'Caballos de Campo', 'Al Son de la Garrocha',  'Paso de Tres', 'Trabajos en la Mano', 'Riendas Largas' y 'Son y Ritmo'.

The expedition of the Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre to these Andalusian cities, honored by the presence of the institution´s director Juan Carlos Camas, will consist of a minibus, the auxiliary vehicle for baggage and tools and two trucks with a capacity for 26 horses. The team is made up of 25 persons including riders and technical and commercial staff.
