Director-General for Quality, Innovation and Tourism Promotion, attended the recognition act in Jerez de la Frontera.

The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art (REAAE), a foundation under the Regional Ministry for Tourism and Sports, receives the mark credential of Equestrian Tourism in Spain, a recognition granted by the Spanish Equestrian Federation. The Director-General for Quality, Innovation and Tourism Promotion, Carmen Arjna, collected this award as a recognition for the preservation and dissemination of the equestrian heritage.

As traditional and classical equitation school in Spain we can only name the equestrian institution of the REAAE, also widely recognised as one of the four unique schools of this style in Europe. Its well-known show ?How the Andalusian Horses dance?, the continuous training and coaching efforts and the selection of Purebred Spanish horses for breeding and preservation purposes, confirms the national of international prestige of the Andalusian school. In 2016, the people visiting its facilities exceed the 8% threshold obtained last year with more than 151.000 visitors.

The REAAE?s annual programme of equestrian performances includes shows in its venue of Jerez de la Frontera (Cáidz) and in other Spanish and European cities, being also very important the joint demonstration performances taking place between the REAAE and the other Traditional Riding Schools. The programme also contains horseback riding courses of high level equitation for riders of all nationalities, and its Equestrian Art and Carriage Museums are available for anyone who wishes to visit them.
